The only problem I had was when I ordered, and the transaction completed, I never recieve an email confirmation which made me felt uneasy. I sent an email for confirmation, then I received a respond as "the disc has been mailed!" It could have been a 5 but the seller needs to work on customer service. There was no contact information or return information enclosed with the camera, so I went through the BestDeals website to contact the merchant. There was no response. I then emailed the merchant directly, and again no response. This purchase was for my daughter's birthday in December (shipping was supposed to take 7-10 days, it took 14), so her gift was late, it wasn't the camera she wanted, and she didn't have a camera for Christmas. Because her birthday falls 10 days before Christmas, the camera she wanted wasn't available anywhere. This was my first and last transaction here.	Overall Rating

When I installed it and tried to register the product I was informed by Adobe that the serial number was no good. I then sent an e-mail to BestDeals Pro informing them of the problem to which they replied that they would send another DVD. To date (Jan 23 ) I have not received the DVD and they have stopped answering any of my e-mails.	Overall Rating
