This made product registration and potentially the warranty impossible to redeem. However, when I contacted customer service they did offer a full refund and sent a prepaid shipping label to return the product. The product is currently in transit and I am awaiting the refund. I give a neutral because a larger company like Amazon or Newegg would never ship product as new in the condition I received it. However, I didn't give negative since the service to correct the problem was very good.	Overall Rating

Motherboard had been discontinued by manufacturer and is outside support. These issues were not disclosed by OEM XS Inc. I would have purchased the board anyway, but expect full disclosure.
