Amazing quality
Strengths: Picture and sound is amazing!
Weakness: None

DEAD after automatic firmware update to 1.01.12
Strengths: User interface
Weakness: Quality Control appears to be inexistant, hundreds of users have complained about their unit going dead after firmware update to 1.01.12
WD TV live worked great until the automatic firmware update 1.01.12 that 'bricked' the unit.
Only worked for 1 week, tech support totally useless, only offered to replace my NEW unit with a REFURB.
