Great product

Strengths: Easy setup, loud speaker, good microphone.

Weakness: None detected so far with the exception of voice prompt. You need to speak a little louder than normal

Noise cancellation worked well. I later paired it with my iPhone to try it with 400+ contacts. While pairing, the unit verbally tells you how far it is. It paired to my phone in a relative short time considering it downloaded my phone book. I turn the unit off when I exit the vehicle. The unit verbally tells you when it is off and when it is on. It also tells you that it has paired with your phone which happens in a matter of seconds. The speaker is loud and clear and the microhphone works well.

I have been using bluetooth headsets for about 3-4 years now and after using this one, I plan on getting one for myself. I highly recommend buying this unit.

Great alternative for hands free calling

Strengths: Very simple to operate. Clear sound for both listener and speaker. Seems to last several days on a full charge.

Weakness: None

I really dislike using bluetooth earpiece so for me this was the perfect solution. I haven't tried any of the advanced features like voice recognition.

Good Value!

Strengths: Works as advertised. Easy to set up. Better than average audio quality. Battery charge is good for nearly one month unless you accumulate a lot of talk time.

Weakness: Verizon Wireless phones that run on the BREW operating system (and phones that run on the Symbian OS) do not support the ability to download their phone books to this unit.

If you cannot download your phone book to the Supertooth3, it will not be able to correlate the incoming telephone number with the name of the caller; subsequently, the Supertooth3 can only announce the number and not the caller's name. If you cannot download your phone book to the Supertooth3, it will not be able to correlate the incoming telephone number with the name of the caller; subsequently, the Supertooth3 can only announce the number and not the caller's name. I uploaded my phone book to my PC using my Susteen DataPilot program and then tried, unsuccessfully, to download my phone book to the BlueAnt Supertooth3 via Bluetooth. Apparently, the most recent version of DataPilot (version 5.5.2) does not yet have a device driver for the Supertooth3. BlueAnt needs to work with Susteen to make the transference of phone books work.

I really like this speakerphone bluetooth for my Iphone

Strengths: It connect automatically when I get in the car, it tells me the name of the person calling, people can hear me clearly

Weakness: If I am in my house and close to my car it automatically connects when I am talking to someone, sometimes the auto answer does not work so well, battery life seems small

Overall I like this product. The voice on it cracks me up! It automatically connects when I get in the car which is nice but then sometimes I can be upstairs in my house and if I get toward the front of the house where my car is parked it will connect to the bluetooth right in the middle of my conversation with someone and then I have to go into the phone ans switch it back to my phone instead of the bluetooth. So far I have had to charge it every day or two. Even with my AC blasted most people say they can hear me okay. I like how it annouces the person who is calling but the ladies voice always makes me laugh. Sometimes I have to say OK a couple times before it will answer the call.

Outgoing calls are also sent by voice activation. This unit really meets the need for hands free cell phone operation.
