Strengths: Very nice. I thought this would be some cheapo, poorly fitting adaptor. Not the case. Heatsink fits as if it were designed for LGA 775 after using this adaptor. Also, the Thermalright XP 120 is very to install if your motherboard and case have the room du
Weakness: None that I can think of.
If you want to use an older Thermalright heatsinkk on an LGA 775 board, do not hesitate to buy this. It does its job well.

Makes your HSF mountable for a Conroe system.
Strengths: Perfect match for my Gigabyte DS3 motherboard for my new e6400 Conroe series processor.
Weakness: It is a little difficult to align and fasten the screws while holding the two parts on either side of the motherboard.
The XP-90 does an excellent job cooling my new Conroe processor. Keep in mind this system was designed to cool the extremely hot Prescott P4 chips so the Conroe series is no challenge at all. If I had slightly better airflow in my case I might be tempted to run just the heatsink itself.
