Strengths: Sound quality is excellent. Individuals that I'm talking to says reception is very clear. Fits my ear comfortably.
Weakness: Haven't found any yet.
I am very please with the Blue Ant Z9 and I find it superior to the two Motorola and one Iogear headsets I own. I only hope that it stands the test of time.

Strengths: Voice Isolation, firmware upgradeable, AC and USB charging options, small and lightweight, comes with extra earhooks
Weakness: None
This is the best headset that I have experienced thus far!
I can wear it for long lengths of time without it getting uncomfortable.
Call quality is excellent in any environment, just as BlueAnt advertises!
I highly recommend this headset!

Strengths: Light weight.
Weakness: Does not fit in my ear properly, sound quality is not good, gets disconnect often, outgoing sound is horrible.
I thought this one was a good one! I am not happy with it at all and do not know why there are 2 different rating on this headset, the only thing nice about it, it is very light and you can not even feel it, incoming sound quality is OK but out going is very bad, people complaining about that, don't know whether or not something wrong with phone " Samsung D900" or the handset.

Go elsewhere, These guys are scam artists
Strengths: Nice Looking, light weight
Weakness: Doesn't work ... No support
Didn't function from the get-go. Bought mine from N1Wireless.com who doesn't respond to my inquires.
Blue Ant sent me a more complicated set of firmware instructions than shown on their web-site ... then invited mne to export the product for examination..
New product, no warranty no support. Better to flush the money down the toilet than waste your time.

Z9 Headset Great sound, poor manufacturing - falls apart
Strengths: Great sound
Weakness: Falls apart quickly
This is the best headset I have ever had when it comes to sound. But I would expect something of this calibur to last more than 3 months. the earpiece has fallen apart just from regular use! It looks like it has been torn to shreds! All it does is go in my ear or on the counter and nothing more, so how can this happen? Also, the piece you need to replace it is $14.99 and on Backorder!
