Good Cooler for desk usage
Strengths: efficent, small, silent
Weakness: only intended to be used on desks
Good cooler to have if you only need to use it on desks. Also remember it will use up one of your laptop's usb port.
Have 2 fan speed, while on silent can not be heard over the notebook's own fan, while on high it is still not loud.
Overall a good cooler for its intended purpose.

Good fan, doesn't last
Plug it into my laptop almost every time I use the laptop. It seems to calm the internal fan quite a bit. This is the 3rd time I have purchased this fan. I dropped the first one and it became very noisy/out of balance. The second one was poorly assembled

NoteBook Cooler S
Strengths: Small size, usb plug, fans blow air into laptop base
Weakness: price
This cooler has two fans in a wedge shaped unit that pushes air under the laptop. This provides air to the laptops fans without working against them. The usb plug has a slot so it does not take up a slot. The fans circulate a lot of air. This is the best cooler for smaller laptops primarily because the fans do not work against one another.

Very decent product for the price
Strengths: cheap, small, effective, quiet
Weakness: Cannot put on lap
I bought this product at a very good price teens. So far it has been great, it is quiet and really cools my notebook. But it is usable for hard surface like desk, floor,etc, you won't be able to put your laptop on your lap with this.

Vrey Nice Gadget. Does the Job
Strengths: Does the Job perfectly. No or very little noise of the fan.
Weakness: Little smaller for my 15 in Notebook.
I have a dell laptop and used to heat up a lot. I bought this just to try out since the price was reasonable. I am surprised my laptop no longer heats up and the fan sound is almost nill. It connects to the USB port and one good thing it does not eat up the USB port. There is an adapter through which you can connect another USB device. This is a nice surprise.
