Nice box, pray you don't need help
Strengths: Performance is pretty good Raid setup is relatively easy
Weakness: Documentation is very incomplete, especially in network config No tech support at all. Call or email, they never respond
This really is a nice product at a good price. It's too bad the company chooses not to provide decent docs or support. If you're technical enough to figure everything out on your own, then go for it. Otherwise I would go with a more reputable company.

Strengths: Telephone Support
Weakness: Linux OS incompatible with NTFS
When my Thecus 5200 would not write to my esata drive, which was connected to the Thecus esata port, I decided to upgrade the firmware. The upgrade failed and I was left without any useful features.
