I was searching all over the internet for a samsung laptop that was sold out at every other e-tailer. After talking to a couple of reps, they said they would try to get the product to me before Christmas, but could not make guarantees as they couldn't control the what happens with the package when it leaves their warehouse. I ordered online 12/22 and received the package at my door the next AM by a FEDEX. Awesome!	Overall Rating

Called customer service and informed them about the mistake. They told me that they cant give me the 8Gb , It was a mistake on their side but they are unwilling to give me the 8gb at this price, SO they will just take their product back and give me a refund. However, they were the only site with the tablet I was looking for in stock, and their price (with a coupon), including expedited shipping, was the best I found, so I ordered from them and I'm glad I did. My order was processed in a timely fashion: I received a confirmation email the morning after the order (which I had placed after typical business hours), a confirmation call regarding the purchase, and it was shipped out that evening. The packaging it arrived in was fantastic, and I'm glad I ordered from them. The only hiccup in the entire process was on UPS's part (who kept the package at a sorting facility an extra day) but this was no fault of DataVision's.	Overall Rating

I attempted to use the Amazon Payment system, but then the free shipping disappeared. After using their regular payment system it took them several days to verify my AMEX account. This made delivery of my printer much slower than I had anticipated. I have not had the verification problem with other on-line vendors.	Overall Rating

In addition, I even went online and found an online coupon for $5 off that I applied to my order! I am pleased to say that my transaction actually was smooth and problem-free. I ordered, got a confirmation email the next day, got a tracking # email a few hours after that one, and received my product from New York just within a few business days. I was actually quite surprised how quick it got here to California! My product was brand-new and worked just as expected. I did not need to call customer service at all, and it was nice to know they at least had a contact phone number on their emails. They told me that they need a copy of my ID and CC, faxed to them. I should have been told right away the problems with the card authorization (visa btw). This to me is unacceptable. However, the items I received had F-type jacks only, which are completely useless for my purpose. I have initiated things with customer service, but the fact of the matter is, for a $2 part, it is not worth my time to get things correct. I hope they will ship the correct item anyway based on the quick email I sent them, but I'm not holding my breath. I will not be ordering from this company again, nor would I recommend them to others looking for similar products. I am unsure whether the problem is that the image on the website is incorrect or that they actually shipped the wrong item. It appears to be the former, based on the part number printed on the bag. Item was packaged well and arrived in perfect and factory fresh new condition. I paid with PayPal and ordered standard shipping (UPS Ground 5-7 days). Fantastic qiuck service. Also I purchased the item for almost $8 dollars less with shipping charges than the next lowest priced seller. I did use a $5 Discount Code at checkout.
