As I have found customer service to be very helpful and they typically charge lower prices than other options, I am willing to put up with the delays (and grateful for the ability to order an item even if it is on backorder); however, it would be very helpful to be able to tell at the time the order is placed whether it will ship soon or not. Also, the promotional information for a current discount stated that it can be combined with the free shipping discount, but it is not possible to do that using the online order pages. On the positive side, the website is very well laid out with regard to finding products and viewing images, which I really appreciate.	Overall Rating
