I ordered Express shipping (2 day) and it didn't come for 10 days. It was a gift and it was late. When it came the necklace didn't look anything like it looked online. I returned it and got another one that looked exactly the same. After I ordered it online I never received a confirmation email. When I called them they never answered on a normal business during normal business hours. I will never go back there again.	Overall Rating

There was a problem with my credit card(payment and statement crossed in the mail). So the order wasn't processed. I ordered this on April 10. This woman said it was't processed til the 12th. And that someone sent me an email on the 18th telling me it was cancelled do to credit card issues. I tried explaining to her that I hadn't received anything and she told me that they would make a note on the account if they hadn't. I really do not appreciate they way your employees talked to me on the phone.	Overall Rating
